Glanbia make a statement with slimfast purchase

South East food multinational Glanbia has spent $350 million in its latest purchase.

The company has bought SlimFast a US based weight management and nutrition business. Managing Director of Glanbia, Siobhan Talbot in a statement this morning said the acquisition fits in well with their existing portfolio targeting lifestyle consumers. Slimfast has its headquarters in Palm Beach in Florida.
