The Irish Congress of Trade Unions is calling on the Government to tackle our gender pay gap.
It comes as new figures from the EU Commission show that Ireland has failed to close the pay gap in recent years. It's believed that the gap between men and women in the Irish workplace is 16% Congress Equality Officer David Joyce says there are plenty of things we could do:
