The second Dáil debate on the Grace inquiry was delayed this morning - because not enough TDs showed up.
The debate was due to resume at 10 o'clock - but was delayed for almost 20 minutes, because the minimum 20 TDs weren't present yet. The government hopes to have the inquiry approved by both the Dáil and Seanad before the end of the day. Independent TD Catherine Connolly says International Women's Day is a difficult day on which to discuss Grace's treatment:
