Grim reports at grenfell inquiry

A survivor of the Grenfell Tower fire's told an inquiry she wants to know why people weren't told to get out sooner.

The London Fire Brigade's "stay put" policy meant residents were advised to remain inside despite the ferocity of the flames. It was thought to be the best way to deal with a blaze in high rise buildings.
