Haass back in n.i. for cross-party talks
Issues surrounding flags, parades and violence related to the Troubles will top today's agenda when the former US diplomat Richard Haass chair's renewed talks in Belfast. Plenary discussions with all five parties will take place this afternoon, after they broke up without agreement on Christmas Eve. Mr. Haass has said 'a real opportunity for progress exists'.
