A leading children's charity campaigner has called those leading the health service 'Muppets'.

Jonathan Irwin from the Jack and Jill foundation has hit out angrily at the department of health and HSE following the news that the building of the National Children's hospital is massively overbudget. Jack and Jill have always maintained that the hospital is being built in the wrong area. Speaking on the Morning Mix this morning, he says that someone high up in the health service needs to go.
