Head of tusla to be questioned over failings in foster sector

The head of TUSLA is facing questions over a series of high profile failings in the foster care sector.

Fred McBride is appearing before the joint committee on children and youth affairs this morning. Sinn Fein's spokesperson on childcare Kathleen Funchion, is a member of the committee. She says there's a number of issues that must be addressed today.
