The annual Great Beach Walk in Cahore is a staple on the local calendar. Built for all ages and abilities, it features three scenic coastal routes:

• 1.5km: Flat, buggy-friendly, and perfect for gentle strolls.

• 3km: A comfortable mid-distance walk.
• 6km: A longer coastal stretch along the shoreline.

Looking Beyond the Label

Petrina’s message is simple: see the person, not the diagnosis. Charlie is an 18-year-old with his own identity, Down syndrome is only one part of who he is.
