House prices rise by 10 per cent in 2014
House prices in County Wexford have risen by 10 per cent in the past year. That's according to the Daft.ie 2014 Year in Review House Price Report published today. The average asking pirce for a house in the county is now 140,000 euro, 10 per cent above it's lowest point. The latest report from the property website also indicates house prices fell by 1 per cent nationally in the last quarter of 2014.
