Residential property prices rose by more than 10% in the year to the end of April.
The Central Statistics Office also says while prices are still over 30% below their 2007 peak, prices have increased by more than 52% since their lowest level in early 2013. The largest growth in the past year was outside of Dublin at 13.4% compared to 8.2% in the Capital. Here in the South East, there was a massive jump of 16.6% in the price of houses.
