House prices rise over 3% in wexford in last 3 months

The average price of a three bed semi detached house in County Wexford is up over three per cent in the past three months.

Data published to day in the Irish Independent Real Estate Alliance Average House Price Survey shows this price in Wexford now standing at €165,000. County Wexford has show the biggest increase in house price in the South East and Wicklow region in the three monthly survey.
