Ireland returns to the bond markets
Huge interest is predicted internationally in Ireland's return to the bond markets. The National Treasury Management Agency says it's planning an auction of 10-year bonds, which are expected to be issued today. Global Strategist with Davy Capital Markets, Donal O'Mahony says it means up to four billion euro of ten year bonds will be auctioned at a very attractive borrowing cost.
