Ireland is set to miss its target to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 20% by 2020.
A review by the Climate Change Advisory Council shows that while we've met our annual targets up to 2015, they're now increasing, in line with economic growth. The Council's made a number of recommendations to get us back on track.
