An Irish man has avoided jail for a one-punch attack that left his brother in a coma in Sydney. Barry Lyttle from Antrim had pleaded guilty to recklessly causing grievous bodily harm to his brother Patrick on January 3rd. He was today handed down a 13-month suspended sentence. The 33-year-old hugged his brother Patrick, who has now recovered from his injuries, when the sentence was read out in court in Sydney today. Barry Lyttle is now free to return to Ireland.
