Irish president to attend mandela memorial
South Africa's Parliament will gather for a special session today to pay tribute and remember the life of Nelson Mandela. It's been confirmed President Michael D. Higgins will attend a memorial service for the former President in Johannesburg tomorrow, along with the Tanaiste Eamon Gilmore. Dozens of foreign leaders are also expected to attend.
