44 social housing units have been renovated and made available for letting in county Wexford in the past two years. That's according to figures released by the Department of the Environment. The houses have been retrofitted by Wexford County Council, with total funding made available for the works standing at 611,000 euro. It comes as there are almost 4,000 applicants on the housing list across the county.
