Las vegas police still baffled over motivation for attack

Days after the Las Vegas shooting, it's still unclear as to why a man - described as 'kind and caring' by his girlfriend - became a mass killer.

Marilou Danley says she had no idea Stephen Paddock was planning the attack - which killed 58 people and injured hundreds more on Sunday. She was abroad at the time, but has since returned to the US to speak to the FBI. Special agent Aaron Rouse says his motive remains unknown.
