Work has begun on a major upgrade to Tagoat’s wastewater treatment infrastructure
The upgrade is part of a broader initiative to improve water infrastructure across Ireland.
The project includes a new pumping station, a 2.6km pipeline to Rosslare, and a stormwater holding tank, with completion expected by Spring 2027.
Speaking to South East Radio News Rosslare Councillor Lisa McDonald praised the project, calling it essential for modernising the outdated system
