Man charged over death of wexford man in wales
A motorist has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following a crash which killed a Wexford horse trainer. Andre "Nick" Murphy was changing a blown-out tyre on his horsebox on a motorway slip road in South Wales when the fatal collision happened last December. The 56-year-old father of two was on his way back to Ireland after picking a horse up in Wales. Gwent police confirmed a 45 year old man from South Wales has been charged. He has not yet been named, but will appear at Newport Magistrates' Court later this month.
