A 26 year old man has been remanded in custody after being charged with the murder of 90 year old Paddy Lyons in County Waterford at the weekend.
Ross Outram from Clonmel in County Tipperary made no reply when the charge was put to him. He was granted free legal aid after his solicitor told the court his only source of income was Social Welfare.
