Man dies in house fire in co. wicklow
A man has died in what Gardaí are calling a "suspicious" house fire in Bray in County Wicklow. The fire broke out at a house at Oldcourt Avenue shortly before 4.30 this morning. A 55-year-old man was taken from the house - and was given CPR - however he was pronounced dead at the scene. A man in his 20s - who was also in the house - was not injured. The scene is sealed off for a technical examination - and the victim's body remains at the house. The office of the State Pathologist has also been notified. Gardaí will now turn to working out the cause of the fire - they're appealing to anyone who may have seen any suspicious behaviour in the area before 4.30 this morning to come forward.
