Motorists are being advised to drive with care on minor and secondary roads after hard frost overnight left some roads in a treacherous condition this morning. Many roads routes remain extremely icy across the country today - with parts of Kildare, Westmeath, Longford and Sligo the worst affected. there have already been two crashes in County Wexford - one near Ballywilliam outside New Ross and another near Blackwater on the Wexford to Gorey coast road.
