Michael flatley's mother laid to rest in carlow today

The mother of International dancer Michael Flatley was laid to rest in Saint Mullins today.

She was born Eilish Ryan was born at Dranagh in South Carlow eighty one years ago and passed away at her home in Chicago on December 28th. Her funeral mass took place in Saint Molings Church Glynn earlier and Mrs Flatley will be laid to rest beside her husband in a private burial in Saint Mullins afterwards.
