More bad weather on the way
There's another weather alert in place across the country this afternoon. Met Eireann has upgraded its status yellow warning to orange due to strong winds. Coupled with high tides and heavy rain, this could lead to flooding, especially in coastal and low-lying areas. Counties most at risk in the South East are Wexford and Waterford, while in the West there's Orange Alerts for counties Galway, Mayo, Clare, Cork, Kerry and Limerick. The unsettled weather is also set to continue for the next couple of days.
