New alcohol bill will bankrupt us - small retailers

Small retailers say the new Alcohol Bill will bankrupt some of them.

The bill is being discussed by the Seanad and would require shops to cover up alcohol. It also restricts advertising and would introduce minimum unit pricing. Anne Martin runs the Centra in Mountrath in Co Laois, and says this bill blames the wrong people for causing alcohol abuse.
