Wexford District Council have passed bye-laws which will see Buskers & performers only able to perform at 65 decibles which is volume for normal conversation
The laws were passed at the Wexford District Council meeting yesterday. Buskers are a regular sight on Wexford Towns main street but if caught breaking the new rules they can be fined heftily or have their equipment confiscated. Only two councillors voted against the new laws
