New ross swimming pool reopens after roof damage

The Apex Sport and Leisure Centre has reopened it's doors in New Ross today after being closed for the past fourteen months. The centre had only been opened a few months when Storm Darwin hit in February last year, blowing the entire roof off the building. The eight million euro building contains a state of the art swimmming pool and leisure complex. Manager MJ Cooper says all restoration works are now complete and they're back open for business.
