New tourism strategy for the south east to be launched
A new tourism strategy for the south east is set to boost the sector in the region over the next decade. New marketing plans are being launched for Wexford and the entire region today along with Dublin city and the south. It will also work towards increasing employment in tourism to 250,000 people. The Minister for Tourism and the Taoiseach are both coming to Kilkenny Castle this afternoon where the strategy will be launched. Minister Paschal Donohoe says it's vital to promote all of Ireland abroad as a holiday destination.
