People need to be realistic if they're expecting social welfare increases in the budget.
That's according to the Social Protection Minister who has strongly hinted the 5 euro increase across the board from last year's budget won't be repeated. Regina Doherty suggested there's unlikely to be a rise in social welfare payments.
