North Korea has ordered its military to prepare for war. The country's leader Kim Jong-un has demanded forces are ready for action against South Korea, over a row about propaganda being broadcast across the border. "In the North Korean capital Pyongyang we are hearing that propaganda vans with loud speakers are driving through the streets, broadcasting to people there this message - that the country is in what's been described as a quasi-state of war" she said.
