A North Wexford TD has highlighted the ongoing impact of flooding in Bunclody in the dail.
The town saw flooding for the first time in 60 years during storm Chandra & while some homeowners and businesses have flood insurance, its unlikely they will maintain coverage long-term.
Speaking in the Dail last night Fianna Fail TD Malcolm Byrne called for the State to step in and provide assurances until proper flood defenses are in place
