The leader of the Labour Party says the Public Accounts Committee should examine Presidential expenses as a matter of routine.
Brendan Howlin has criticised the timing of the current examination of the issue. It comes as nominations close at noon for potential candidates to contest October's election. Deputy Howlin says now is not the time to deal with the expenses controversy.
