O'leary apologises to pilots over rotas in an effort to make them stay

Ryanair's boss is promising his pilots better pay - if they stay at the airline.

Michael O'Leary's written to them to apologise over the rota chaos that's caused thousands of flight cancellations at the airline. The letter asks them not to abandon the company. It's believed some pilots may leave the company as rival Aer Lingus has announced a recruitment drive for new staff.
