502 people are waiting for beds in hospitals around the country this morning.
INMO figures show 353 are in emergency departments, while 149 are in wards. University Hospital Limerick is the worst affected by overcrowding, with 109 patients on trolleys. That's followed by 48 at Cork University Hospital, and 44 at Letterkenny University Hospital. There are currently 13 patients waiting on trollies in Wexford General Hospitals ED.
