Pay by weight waste system will cause hardship for families - sheehan

Fianna Fail Councillor for New Ross Michael Sheehan has expressed fear over the new waste collections charges due to come into effect from October.

It's expected that from then all households will pay bin charges according to weight. However Cllr Sheehan says the new pay by weight system could cause financial hardship for some families.
