The Government's housing strategy isn't working and parts are useless, according to a leading campaigner.
The Peter McVerry Trust launched its pre-budget submission this morning. It's calling for a vacant sites levy, more rapid build housing and an end to repossessions that would make people homeless. Fr Peter McVerry hit out at the government's Rebuilding Ireland plan, which is currently under review.
