Pistorius released on bail after being found guilty of culpable homicide
Oscar Pistorius has been released on continuing bail - after being found guilty of the culpable homicide of his girlfriend. The 27-year-old was cleared yesterday of murdering Reeva Steenkamp - who he shot at his home last year - after mistaking her for an intruder. The South African athlete will be sentenced on October 13th at the High Court in Pretoria. Retired judge - Kobus Van Rooyen - believes Oscar Pistorius won't face the maximum penalty of 15 years in jail.
