Plane crash in taiwan leaves at least 16 dead after turning on it's side in mid-air
At least 16 people have been killed after a plane turned on its side in mid-air, clipped an elevated motorway and crashed into a shallow river in Taiwan. Dramatic footage taken by drivers also shows it's wing hitting a taxi as it came down in Taipei. Teams of rescuers in rubber rafts are now surrounding the wreckage - at least 24 people are still missing. The domestic flight appeared to miss apartment buildings by metres.
