Possible congestion charges to cut down on transport emissions

A report on ways of cutting down emissions and congestion in Irish cities will be published before the end of the year.

The first phase of the research suggested congestion charges for Dublin and Cork. The Irish Road Haulage Association is against the move saying  simple changes at Dublin Port could help cut pollution
