Price rise good news for housing market - mccormack

A real estate agent in County Wexford says that the increase in house prices is a sign of the housing market getting back to normal.

The REA released a report yesterday saying that Wexford house prices are to rise by 5% this year. Limited supply and less first time buyer restrictions are contributing to the increases. Speaking on the morning mix this morning, Rob McCormack says it's good news for those who are looking to sell.
