Proposals to reform leaving cert

There's been a widespread welcome that the process has started of reforming the Leaving Cert.

The National Council for Curriculum Assessment is hosting a conference on reforming the exam and is hearing from the experience of other countries. Critics of the exam say it contributes to the points race, and doesn't cater for less academic students.
