There are reports today that Brendan Howlin may be moved in the upcoming cabinet reshuffle. The Irish Independent is reporting that he will swap jobs with his fellow Labour cabinet colleague Eamonn Gilmore. This will mean a move for the Wexford TD to Foreign Affairs. Sources close to Brendan Howlin say that he has expressed a willigness to move from Public Expenditure and Reform.
