Ryanair will only allow one small carry on bag in new rule changes

Ryanair is changing its luggage rules because passengers are apparently causing delays with big bags.

From November, unless you're a priority customer, only one small handbag or laptop case will be allowed. Wheelie bags will be placed in the hold free of charge. It's also lowering the price of checked-in cases to 25 pounds, and increasing the weight allowance to 20 kilos.
