September saw commencement notices for 21 properties in Co Wexford

Commencement notices for 21 properties in Co Wexford were received in September. It's a significant reduction compared to the same time last year, when 222 commencement notices were issued. Nationally just over 1,600 compared to more than 13,000 in the same time last year IN total 345 commencement notices have been issued in 2025 in the county, compared to 1489 here at the same point last year.
