Setanta insurance collapses affecting 75 thousand irish drivers
County Wexford's Setanta Insurance customers are being advised they may be without cover. It follows the collapse of the company - with as many as 75-thousand Irish drivers affected. The company has advised it may not be able to pay out on any claims as it's gone into liquidation. The Central Bank is urging customers - many believed to be van drivers - to make alternative arrangements without delay. It's a Dublin-based company set up in 2007, but is regulated in Malta.
