Shareholders gather to vote on new glanbia business venture

Thousands of Glanbia shareholders are making their way to Punchestown today to vote on a historic new business within the multinational.

They will vote on the creation Glanbia Ireland, a new entity which brings together the group's milk processing and agribusiness under one roof. A large number of the shareholders are from Wexford and are making their way to the Kildare racecourse today.
