Silver medal for wexford man at the european ploughing championships

A Wexford man has won a silver medal at the European Ploughing Championships.

Dan Donnelly from Kilmuckridge claimed the title while fellow Irish ploughman Jer Coakley from Cork won gold in the championships. The competition was held in Switzerland over the weekend and both victorious Irish team members are arriving back in Dublin this morning.
