Strawberry season expected to bring a boost to county wexford

The strawberry season is into full swing now with roadside stands opening up across County Wexford and beyond.

The strawberry is synonymous with County Wexford for a long number of years and its big marketing tool for growers in the county. Peter Donnellan from the Wexford Strawberry Growers Association says natural advantage and years of producing the crop has brought us to where we are.
