Svp encourages everyone to help address the homeless issue

Pressure is mounting on the Government to find a solution to the homeless crisis.

The Society of St Vincent de Paul says figures released by the CSO yesterday are a major concern. The statistics show one in four people homeless in Ireland are under the age of 18. Ben Doyle is South East Regional President of the St. Vincent De Paul. She told South East Radio's Morning Mix everyone needs to work together to address the issue.
