Syria Talks Underway

Talks aimed at ending the Syrian conflict are taking place in Paris. Foreign ministers from western powers, are meeting with Arab countries that support rebel groups. It comes as Syrian government forces move closer to taking complete control of Aleppo. The US and Russia are also meeting in Geneva, following calls from the UN General Assembly for an immediate truce. Meanwhile, more American troops are being sent to help efforts to take the Islamic State stronghold of Raqqa.
